Ensenada is a beautiful port town, located 1.5 hours south of Tijuana. This 9-hour tour will depart in Tijuana and before arriving we will stop for a drink and have appetizers at Los Portales de Garcia. We will then make our way to the Port of Ensenada. During the day Ensenada's main touristy area becomes bustling with cruise traveler's and at night becomes a party as the sun sets over this quaint, but lively port.
You will have the opportunity to shop for souvenirs in the downtown area filled with bars, restaurants and souvenir shops. We will have a fish taco lunch and then we will explore the ports Promenade with an opportunity to grab an "elote" (steamed corn), ice cream or churro from one of the street vendors!
The tour also includes a stop at the natural wonder that is La Bufadora. Located about 17 miles south from Ensenada's city center is La Bufafora, a blowhole located on the Punta Banda peninsula and has been a natural attraction for tourists from all over the world!
Tour Itinerary
- 9am – Arrive at the US/Mexico border Trolley Station and walk across the border into Mexico
- 915am – Meet tour guide and drive to Los Portales de Garcia in Rosarito
- 1030am – Appetizers and a cocktail at Los Portales de Garcia
- 12pm - Drive to Downtown Ensenada and explore the port
- 1pm – Lunch at authentic Mexican Restaurant
- 130pm – Drive to La Bufadora
- 230pm – Walk La Bufadora and grab a dessert
- 4pm – Return to Mexican Border (2-hr drive)
- 6pm - Wait in customs line to cross back into the US (*Passport required)
